Since 1998, AGCE, the Associated Ecotourism Guides and Conducers of Chapada dos Guimarães, has been working to favor the visitation to the many tourist attractions that fill our beloved Chapada with unforgettable sceneries of natural beauty. It was responsible for the reopening of the National Park proposition, presented to ICMBio in 2009, and has since been increasingly present to make the visitors experience richer, safer and more enjoyable.
GUIDES & Conducers
The Regional Guides are registered with CADASTUR and licensed to guide in the whole Mato Grosso State. In Chapada dos Guimarães, there are also Conducers that work in the National Park and other attractions of the County. Both are enabled to issue the voucher, necessary to gain access to the guided tours of the National Park and to guide tourists in several attractions inside private areas, such as 'Rota do Índio' and 'Águas do Cerrado' waterfalls circuits and the Aroe Jari Cave circuit. Look for a qualified professional to enjoy a first class leisure.
